The Dance Trust of Zimbabwe is comprised of the Tumbuka Dance Company,
the Outreach Project, a Dance Foundation Course and the National Ballet, which all run from the Ballet Centre.

All these projects were formerly under the umbrella of the National Ballet of Zimbabwe (Welfare Organization). In 2004 the Dance Trust of Zimbabwe was formed and now all the projects fall under the governance of the Board of Trustees.
